My favorite comics in the whole world has to be Tintin. I don’t remember exactly how old I was when I discovered it – probably around 3 – and I became fascinated with the young reporter and his dog, traveling around the world.
The work of Hergé has definitely fuelled my love for drawing and sketching, but also for storytelling and even design. Tintin was the very first thing I’ve ever drawn, it’s also how i’ve learned how to. And while my tastes and inspirations have evolved naturally, I still enjoy going back to drawing the characters Hergé created. Here’s a bunch of them. I obviously do not own the rights and only share this work in low quality.
